✿ Due to Singpost's new mailing rates, we only offer untracked mail for orders that contains only stickers. If your order contains bulky items such as keychains or washi tapes, please pick the tracked option. Orders with the wrong shipping option will receive an email to topup or cancel and reorder.

✿  Please make sure your address is correct before ordering. Do let me know ASAP via Email or IG DMs if you noticed a mistake in your order before i pack and ship out. I am not liable for mail being sent to the wrong address/ remailing charges from returned mails. 

✿  For international orders, do double check and take note of taxes and custom imports. I am not responsible for the extra costs incurred.

• Can i cancel/refund my order?

Do note that all orders are non refundable once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. Thank you for your kind understanding.

• What if my mail got lost/damaged?

Please understand that i am not liable for your missing /damaged parcels due to the courier service. I recommend to opt for Tracked mail/Basic Package with tracking options and if in any circumstance that it gets lost, please DM/Email me your tracking number and order number. 

Please make sure that your address is accurate before ordering, i will not be liable if its being sent to the wrong address.

• Something is wrong with my order?

I'm so sorry about that! Please drop me an email at [email protected] and i will try my best to get it resolved for you asap.

• When will my orders arrive?

For domestic orders - 2~5 business days after its being shipped out.
For International orders - 2~5 weeks after its being shipped out.
*There maybe delays at times during peak periods. 

• Can i opt for self pickup if i live in Singapore?

I only offer self pickups when i have a physical event coming up, else it will only be via mail.
